Navigating to the car park was unnecessarily complicated due to poor signage!!! The sauna experience fell flat with repeated cold conditions despite requests for heat!!! A little disappointing for an otherwise promising stay.

Great stay in the heart of the city

The hotel is in a fab location, just 2 minutes from central station. Our family room had a comfy big bed and a sofa bed for the kids. Breakfast was amazing with options for gluten and lactose free. The fitness center and sauna were nice perks too. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

We were right near the Casino Cosmopol and enjoyed exploring major shopping spots. The location was super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was a highlight, packed with options. Just keep in mind that the bathrooms are small, typical for Europe, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, a great trip!

our stay at elite was fantastic! it's centrally located, just a short walk to gamla stan and the train station. the breakfast buffet had a delicious variety of foods to pick from. we also appreciated the ladies' changing rooms and shared sauna, which made our experience even better.
